  Carmela was so lovely and friendly straight away. The most warming hotel owner I have came across (giving me a great big cuddle) and she catered to all my needs, printing off boarding tickets, storing my luggage etc. She even packed me a breakfast to take to the airport.   The people who ran it were so nice-- We had just finished the Camino, and were exhausted. They hustled us up to our room to rest right away, and let us deal with the checking in later in the afternoon. They also loaned us a hair dryer for the duration of our stay, and helped us get a cab when we left. Perfect location, great price.   The fantastic staff is clearly the biggest asset to this hotel. They were warm and attentive and made us feel welcome. Rooms are stylish and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice, with coffee, tea and pastry also available the rest of the day. Very nice touch.
