  We were probably the first people to stay in the (single bedroom) apartment. It was crisp, brand new and clean. We had a warm welcome by one of the staff. Very spacious apartment, two toilets, great kitchen with an oven and even a washing machine. The city center is only a 15 minute walk, but you can walk through the beautiful Jardines del Real or... was die leute sagen » Viveros. Otherwise you can just take the tram in front of the apartment or go by car, which you can park for free in the parking lot underneath the b - The apartments are very clean and modern. The free parking is excellent. It is secure underground and can be accessed directly from the apartments. There is a small pool at the back of the apartment. Unfortunately we did not realize this until leaving as it did not state this on our booking. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

  Very nice building, nice flat, well equipped, perfectly located in the center. - Spacious and very clean apartment which located in a quiet street. It is new, nicely furnished and only 3 minutes walk from the most important sites.The kitchen is very good equipped by all necessary things, refrigerator, stove, tea pot, knives, spoons, forks, plate... was die leute sagen » s, washing machine and so on. The staff are friendly and problem solving oriented. Fast free wireless, comfortable beds, air conditioning. Also great to be just around the corner from the Jacaranda restaurant where we had the best m - We were pleasantly surprised when we got to the apartment ; the location and the design of the apartment was just a treat! Especially comparing it to the price . It deserved every penny . As soon as we got to the apartment I tried booking an extra night we loved it so much ! Unfortunately fully booked !! So my advice Valencia is an axing city and staying at these apartments made it an even better stay ; so try to stay there former than one night before u regret it !
