appointed with everything one needs to enjoy a self-catered holiday in Barcelona. Located in what first appears to be an unattractive, typical urban mixed-use setting, it was only a couple of blocks from the Sants railroad station and Placa de Espanya with the boulevard leading up to the Catalonian National Art Museum on Mont Juic.

Very new and modern. Very clean and beautifully designed. Lovely reception and ground floor area. Fantastic location, very central. Apartments highly recommended. We got a very warm welcome on arrival from the owner, who gave as area maps, marked important things like supermarkets, pharmacy, metro, shops, places to visit e.t.c.
Staff is always willing to help.
We were allowed to check-in 1,5 hours before stated time (just let them know what time you expect to arrive).

Staff are available in office below during working day and can be contacted out of hours. Nice place with all that we need during our Travel!! Realy clean, with air conditioning, situated near Placa de Catalonya, which is the centre of the city. Only few rooms are there, so there is no problem with bathroom. Friendly and helpfull host, with a good advices and words for everyone. I'd like to come back this place asap! -
