The staff are very friendly and willing to help, wherever required. The rooms are well appointed, extremely comfortable and clean. There's a great roof top bar area with a small plunge pool to cool off. Lastly, the location is fabulous. Only a few minutes walk to La Ramblas. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Front desk staff multilingual and very helpful. - Reception staff were speaking good english, rooms were good size and well/new decoatered. also inetersting design with entry throught the bathroom, likes they had a shower for my husband and a tube that i could use. Good breakfast. Unfortunatly, we didn't had time to try the spa, i undestood it is very good and prices were reasonable for what i saw

Restaurants: choice not so big, but one spanish "Molina" and one italien "Pietro" restaurant are close 1 - We (family of 4) stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and rooms are big which made our stay very comfortable. The hotel is nearer to transport links and there are lot of shops around. It only takes 5-10 mins to reach city centre by train and taxi costs only 10 euros from city centre. The staff are also friendly especially Pamblo and Tony. Rooms are cleaned daily and would love to stay again.
