  The staff (that means the owner Carmen and her friends) at Hotel Holos were simply amazing. This was personalised service in the extreme. One simple example is we were given a printed list of restaurants that the staff really like - and these were not the typical hotel list where they earn commission. Check Teresa bar opposite for delicious tapas and try local 'tinto de verano' drink which is a mix of wine with lemon. The hostal is located in a very old house so ready for a piece of history.
