  I was very pleased with most aspects of the hotel. The staff were excellent, and helpful. The location was wonderful and the shopping excellent, The rooms were clean and very nice indeed. The best Tapas Bar - Excellent location (close to some attractions, metro station Diagonal practically in front of the Hotel), friendly staff, clean room. We stayed 4 days and were quit satisfied. I would recommend this Hotel to the others. Before my trip, I thought, La Rambla should be more attractive location for staying, but now I would for sure prefer Passeig de Gracia. So, it seems, I made right decision.

The whole staff, from the people at the reception to the cleaning lady, were very helpful en friendly! We felt very welcome. We loved the design (interior & exterior) of the hotel. The breakfast-buffet was very big and of - The rooms overlooking into the interior of the building,where we stayed on the first night, have no daylight and the ventilation is insufficient. So we asked to change to a front room with a window that could be opened. Our request was immediately satisfied. The staff were exceptional and the strongest point of the hotel.The rooms were comfortable and properly cleaned.Breakfast is good and the hotel location is excellent.

There's also a supermarket next to the hotel so you can buy almost everything you need. Local fruits are cheap. Overall it's a great value for the money we payed.

  Sehr hilfreiche Mitarbeiter, Frühstück sehr einfach aber OK für den Sonderpreis von 5,-€ pro pers.; guter Standard in angenehmer Lage; sehr verkehrsgünstig ( Bus, Metro). Fenster gut isoliert gegen Lärm - Die MitarbeiterInnen sind sehr freundlich und das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Unsere Nichtraucherzimmern waren absolut zigarettengeruchsfrei !!!!!
