  The staff was really great: satisfied us by email beforehand. We had two apartments and one was available early in the morning already; very early check in was an outcome because of the rain.   We were grateful that we did not have to share the accomadation as the bedrooms are very close, but we felt comfortable and warm, the whole apartment was very clean and a lady came in every day to change towels ect (you must ask as you have to pay 1Euro per towel).   One pillow is a lovely little hostal 30m from the metro and 200m from the marina. The hostal its self is in a little side street and up on the 4th floor, look for the ally with the pub that sells gunnies, at the end on the left is the hostal. The staff speak good English and are friendly and if I go back to Barcelona will go back to this - Lovely and clean, was so much more than I expected for the price we paid! Got free wifi and breakfast was really good with a selection of juice, cereal and toast/crossiants and tea and coffee. Showers and toilets were really clean didn't have to que for the four nights I was there and it was fully booked during this time too. Staff were really polite and a perfect location just off La Rambla

  This is by far the best hostel I've stayed at. The price is just ridiculously good for such a great hostel. The Wi-fi is the fastest I've ever had while traveling and the place is really clean and fresh. Having opened only two weeks before I went there might have helped but I'm hoping they will keep it clean.
