close not only to Plaza Catalunya but also to Parc de la Cuitadella. A
very interesting atmosphere of an old house, with once rather
luxurious wooden decorations, now a little bit aging, but still
alluring. The rooms are small but clean. A word of advice: go for a
"superior room" with the balcony. It's an essential
feature for a beautiful late night session after you have enjoyed full
day in the city.

I like everything about this place. It was like home away from home. If
u r thinking of coming to Barcelona, make sure u use this apartment.
Everything u need is there and not far from the city centre with metro
just few mins away. No staff around and its quiet but ideal for privacy.
Not bad the price but it worth every penny paid for. Choice of
supermarkets around and am sure you cant make mistakes using this
apartment for whatever reason you r in barcelona for.

This place is amazing. Our room was very clean and functional. It is close to the downtown. Also extremely convenient that La Isla Hostal is a couple of blocks from Estacio Nord (bus station) and Estacio de França (railway station). Friendly and helpful stuff. In my opinion, it is an ideal choice for budget-minded travelers.

The unit was clean and freshly updated with the option of maid service for just €16 per day. The apartment provides over twice the space of a standard hotel and is equipped with comfortable beds. Located by the Rodeo Drive of Barcelona, there is great access to high end shops and the metro station is right around the corner. All in all a great stay.
