  Wir fanden das Appartement sowohl für die fußläufige als auch für die metromäßige Erkundung der Stadt sehr gut gelegen. Es war (im Februrar) sehr ruhig. Dies kann im Sommer anders sein. Alles ist neu gemacht und zu unserem Erstaunen funktionierte auch die Heizung (Klimaanlage) sehr gut. The room itself was a good size and was comfortable with plenty of storage space. The Shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. Breakfast was not quite a full English but good by European standards. Location was super for direct transfers from the airport on the C1 train (2.50€) then less than 5 minutes walk. Location also excellent for Old City and you can catch a train direct to Atocha station (1.60€),

Although it is a 3 star hotel and very small it is not short of all the amenities you would expect in a 4/5 star hotel. The restaurant has an excellent atmosphere and good quality food. The breakfast the hotel offered is the best I've ever had (even compared to 5 star hotels). If you can afford to stay at any of the attic rooms, I strongly recommend it...wow!!!
