  It´s a purpose built hostel, not a converted apartment building. The rooms are very spacious. The staff was exceedingly helpful and very nice (I can speak spanish, so I can't vouch for their foreign language skills). There was a small leak on the toilet flush (it can happen in the best places) when we arrived at about 2100, but the receptionist fi... was die leute sagen » xed it immediately. - Superb location and very spacious room. Felt newly decorated and the word 'clean' simply can't describe the sparkling perfection of the rooms and common areas. The photos simply don't do justice to the hotel/hostal - common areas are beautiful and the building reminded us of a Moroccan riad.

  The lady on reception was really friendly and helpful and gave us lots of advice. The hotel was very clean and cleaned daily and the toiletries were replenished daily as well. Maybe I was just luckier than other guests, but I got a large room with window on the street, good lighting, heat and my own bath with tub. I found some congenial people here with whom I could go out on the town -- in Granada this means taking in Flamenco music and dancing, about which I am rabid.
