  Everything. 1St prize for the 'loo with a view' award (I have the photo to prove it)! We greatly enjoyed our stay here. It was quite chilly so the heating was very welcome. Big firm bed, fridge, bottle of water provded. We were given a map with all of the best spots to eat & see pointed out to us. Oh and the handy rack outside to hang the wash... was die leute sagen » ing & towels on. Husband was impressed with 'mine hosts' tolerant & humerous forbearance at his rusty attempts at Spanish, - Out apartment was lovely and comfortable and clean. Lovely bed and it was so quiet. The owners are lovely and very knowledgable. They can tell you all the best beaches to go to and recommend restaurants. The breakfast was fab!! You will enjoy with fresh OJ and any toast you like. We wished we had stayed longer!

  This is the second time we've stayed in the Hostal Santuario in the last 2 years. San José is a fantastic little town in Cabo de Gata National Park, and definitely the place to stay! You have easy access to the park for trekking, beach, etc., but also you find yourself in a lively little town. We (again) asked for a room on the secon - Everything was astonishingly good. Although not many of the staff speak English they are very accommodating and helpful if you have a query. The breakfasts are wholesome and varied with everything you could need and expect. Whilst not overly large the bedrooms are very clean and comfortable, toiletries are provided daily and the mini fridge and free safe are a real bonus.   Our hotel was only 2* we felt it should be at least 3*. Our room was great value for money with a private terrace and amazing views.. was a perfect get away place for myself and my boyfriend. The staff was really helpful and lovely. We was located a short walk from the town and the hotel offered a bike hire service which was fab and showed us all... was die leute sagen » the route to take. Overall we had a lovely weekend and would recommend this hotel to anyone. - We were here in the off season and got an excellent room with a great view of the sea at a great price. Really enjoyed our dinner at the hotel restaurant and nice breakfast the next morning. Staff at reception and at the restaurant were great.

  The hostel was immaculate and close to the beach. We had a small balcony we enjoyed sitting in. The kitchen was sufficient for our short stay. Staff were friendly and welcoming. - Beautiful views of beach and mountains. Great location to bars and restaurants and amenities. Good value for this time of the year.

  Friendly and helpful owner. Quite a large room was very good value for money and had good facilities. 15 mins walk to the beach and harbour. Very good breakfast included.
