  Very helpful, friendly staff especially Andrea and the owners. Location was great, just in front of pebbled beach and I mean just in front! Rooms were a good size, clean, with good sized balcony with side view to the sea. Clean and comfortable. Air conditioning free and you will need that! Close proximity to Calpe and a short walk into Alte. Lift available - The hotel is right in front of the Cap Negret beach, with great views from the balcony. Cap Negret is a "stone" beach, much less populated that other beaches in the Mediterranean. The brize is very strong and fresh, which gives the stay an air of being close to nature. Good for people that like the sea for sports, and not so good for those that want a quiet sea. Family rooms are huge, good to travel with children or with four people. The hotel gives good value for the money you pay.

  Die große überdachte Terrasse mit traumhaftem Meerblick gefiel uns sehr gut. Der Strand war nicht überlaufen. Der Poolbereich war morgens und abends angenehm ruhig. Das Appartment war praktisch neu und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte praktisch an gar nichts. Die Reparatur einer defekten Klima-Anlage erfolgte innerhalb weniger Stunden. -... was die leute sagen » An absolutely beautiful apartment with everything you could need! A wonderful large balcony with perfect views of the sea where you can sit and watch the most amazing sunrise every morning. The apartment is fully stocked with cooker, fridge, freezer, kettle, coffee maker etc.. you name it, you got it! We had to ring on arrival to be let in (it was late Saturday afternoon), but the owner met us immediately with his English translator and showed us around. The apartment has use of both an ind - Great apartment in which there is no deficiencies. Located near the center of Altea 15 minutes on foot. Very nice beach (pebbles).

  A Very clean & fully equipped , spacious apartment with great views over the marina from a large balcony. Good value for money. Free parking at the marina , which is only a 2 minute walk from the apartments.It´s at least a 10 minute drive onto Altea´s centre´s beach front , where parking is free & filled with bars & restaurants , tha... was die leute sagen » t lit up & looks pretty at night. .There´s access to a small pool & the sea with in a few minutes walk. A supermarket is less than a 5 minute - I loved the location...the small marina and port was absolutely fab it was like another world and then you can get into the car and be in Altea in 5 mins.....there were restuarants and bars fab cocktails but the supermarket was a few mins away a car was a must ..it was fantastic value but in comparison to Altea town itself the restuarants were much more expensive...plenty of utilities in the apartment for catering anyway if you wanted to for a family...
