  Great place to have a quite retreat from the city. David spoke good English and was very helpful. The house is in a super location to find and to depart from if driving and a short walk to catch the metro into the heart of city or to the harbor. The room was nice clean and the beds great. It was very nice to have a little back yard to relax - Best appartment ever!!! The room is really spacious, the view from the balcony was nice.It feels really good when you sip the Sangria sitting on the balcony and the enjoy the sunshine from Barcelona!!! The owner David was so helpful, he prepared the map for us and gave lots of useful advice.The location was not that city center but very safe and close to the metro, it's about 10 mins walk which is nothing to me , cuz you can enjoy the view and everything. Highly recommend to ya'll~~~

Even we managed to walk to Placa de Catalunya where we catch the Aerobus to the airport. Facilities are complete and working perfectly, with adequate towels provided daily. The place was wonderfull, it was far from La Rambla and the beach but very close to the Sagrada Familia and more locals than tourists could be seen in this area. I definately recommend this place. - Had a really good 2 night stay here. Yes the staff speak absolutely no English but that is hardly the end of the world! Our apartment was clean, a good size and well equipped. The location is great. Lots of nice bakeries within 5 minutes walk which were ideal for breakfast. Close to metro station. No problems with either hot water or noise.
