  This appartment were very modern and clean. We had 6 people in our party and it was very spacious. The staff could not do enough to help, even though they had very little english, but they made sure we had a very comfortable and happy stay. One of the best places I have ever stayed!!!! - The hotel was excellent! Carlos was the best host ever!! ... was die leute sagen » The rooms were clean and well equipped. The location was great. 5 minute walk to central plaza and surrounded by excellent restaurants. Very comfortable and friendly accommodations.

  The hotel is a beautiful, comfortable hotel and the staff very friendly. The location is superb, a short walk into the old town and great restaurants. Good shopping all around the hotel. The breakfast was very nice. We had a deluxe apartment which could easily hold a family in great comfort with two bedrooms, kitchen and sizable living room ar... was die leute sagen » ea. It's an easy place to use as a base camp for day trips to the coast or other areas in the Costa Brava. We were directed to close by free parking - Actually didn't stay at the hotel due to technical problems but was booked in to a hotel round the corner (and had a junior suite!). Came back to Nord 1901 to use the pool and was offered a free drink. Staff at Nord 1901 are excellent, very friendly and willing to do anything to make your stay a pleasant one. The hotel is also very close to the town centre (by foot) where there are some very good restaurants (I'd recommend Mimolet which has excellent 30 euro menu)

  The location, nestled in the historic district, very interesting, charming. The person at the front desk, when we finally arrived, very helpful. He even moved his car so we could park close to the hotel. Breakfast was good,liked having the fried eggs, in addition to the other offerings. The room, however, was freezing. - It was just as described,... was die leute sagen » very clean. Our bedding and towels were changed after two days which was a treat. Others had complained about the church bells but we had no problem and slept well in the comfortable beds.

  This is a very quiet place where you can stay with comfort in unpredictably low price. The apartment is clean, recently renovated, good for 2-3 persons, acceptable for 4.There is a good small supermarket in 100 m distance , and you can cook something tasty from fresh food you can buy in it.
