  We stayed for a week in October, except for the rainy days everything else was close to perfect. Afterwards we stayed for 3 nights at Hyatt Regency and it really wasn't up to L'Hermitage standards, although more expensive. Great location, quiet and cosy, free internet in the library, wonderfuly decorated.   We had the penthouse apartment. The space of having separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the full kitchen and living room was fantastic for a family with 2 college-age kids + 1 5 year old. Great for families to split up and walk to the activities of interest, whether shopping, the park or the waterfront.   This is a fantastic Hotel. Huge modern and fully equipped rooms (full modern kitchenette) One of the best Hotels we have ever stayed at and right in the downtown are of Vancouver. Queen beds were very comfortable and maid service excellent.

  This place is an absolute gem! I booked it for visiting family and their HUGE 2 bedroom suite was spotlessly clean, very stylish, well appointed and cozy comfortable...especially the beds! The location is perfect. Nestled in a very quiet residential neighbourhood, it's a 5 minute walk to the beaches at English Bay or to a wide variety of restauran... was die leute sagen » ts and shops on Denman street. It's also a 5 minute walk to Coal Harbour, overlooking the North Shore mountains and just 1/2 a block to beautiful Sta - Proximity to Stanley Park as well as downtown was ideal. Since we didn't have a car, we walked everywhere. Safeway is just a few blocks away making it easy to walk to our place with groceries. It's a beautiful, safe neighborhood as well. Also, we had an simple maintenance issue and once reported, the staff had it fixed in just a few minutes. Friendly, helpful staff. I would absolutely stay here again.
