We stayed for a week in October, except for the rainy days everything else was close to perfect. Afterwards we stayed for 3 nights at Hyatt Regency and it really wasn't up to L'Hermitage standards, although more expensive. We had the penthouse apartment. The space of having separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the full kitchen and living room was fantastic for a family with 2 college-age kids + 1 5 year old. Great for families to split up and walk to the activities of interest, whether shopping, the park or the waterfront. Restaurants are close and the full kitchen

Great location . Awesome facilities and apartment just perfect . Come from Australia and we will be back to Vancouver and will stay here again for sure . We have stayed down on harbour before and this was much much better and cheaper .

Good location, although not quite downtown Vancouver, but only a 20
minute stroll to Canada Place. $8 taxi ride. The hotel itself is well
appointed and felt more 4 star than 3. The rooms are spacious compared
to European standards and well equipped, coffee maker kettle,
fridge/freezer and dishwasher in the handy kitchenette. Queen beds
were very comfortable and maid service excellent.

The hotel staff were very friendly, the rooms were immaculate and I loved the Jacuzzi tub! We wished that we could have enjoyed the complimentary wine tasting, but time was not on our side so we had to miss it. We would definitely stay here again!

In room laundry facilities was a God-send, after spending weeks in coin-op laundries. Location is fantastic - there is an excellent Chinese restaurant on the same block (Dynasty) and an excellent coffee roaster almost directly opposite. 10-15 minutes walk to the centre of bustling Robson St. Complimentary parking is something rarely offered in Vancouver and this place had it. Large selection of bicycle hire companies 100m away to allow you to take in the vast dedicated bicycle paths around
