  I really loved the setting---the lobby which led out to a series of pools----the site up on the mountain---the availability of the beach and all the activities. We also enjoyed the dinner we had there. The food was very good. - The views from terraces are just gorgeous.   I travel a lot, and the staff at this hotel was the friendliest and most helpful I have ever encountered. They went above and beyond, even just with their courteousness for basic requests, like a wake up call. They made a very regular stay, very enjoyable. - Large, well equipped room with huge queen-size bed. Breakfast was excellent although qui... was die leute sagen » te expensive. The walkway directly into the Eaton Centre was convenient although this may be lost when Sears closes in Feb 2014.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Park Hyatt. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The location in Yorkville was accessible to most of the attractions around Toronto. We need to give special mention to the Concierge team who went out of their way to help us and give recommendations on everything. This is the second time we stayed at the Hyatt and we will definitely stay again if we come back t - From the moment we arrived at the check in desk until the time we checked out, we were treated like royalty. I cannot say enough good things about all the staff. They were professional, friendly, efficient and helpful. Their goal (and they succeeded) was to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again.

  This is a great place when travelling with a group of friends and wanting to stay all together. The kitchen facilities give you freedom of choice in terms of breakfast etc. Location wise - it is dead at the weekend but Toronto is small enough for you to be able to walk anywhere.
