  I really loved the setting---the lobby which led out to a series of pools----the site up on the mountain---the availability of the beach and all the activities. We also enjoyed the dinner we had there. The food was very good. - The views from terraces are just gorgeous.   This resort upon arrival treated my wife & I with the utmost courtesy. I requested a room by the marina, but they are closed for renovations. So the clerk upgraded us to a one bedroom suite that was absolutely amazing. This was @ no extra cost to us & I was amazed @ what was available within that suite. The salt water pool & hot tub wa... was die leute sagen » s so enjoyable that we were in there for over 90 minutes. I would totally recommend this resort to anyone who is looking for value for there money. - I have been coming to Cranberry Resort since quite some time and really like the place. Like the fact that there is a salt water pool. Love the junior suites with the view of the lake. Staff is very friendly. The resort is clean and doesn't smell musty. Comfortable beds. I also like the rooms where you can open the window.

  The hotel staff was extremely courteous - more so than many other hotels we have stayed at. The water park was also a big draw. - You can't go wrong with Best Western especially when you're travelling with kids!! The staff are very nice!!

  I loved the beautiful location. It is so tranquil. The bath tub is so easy and safe to get out of, which is really saying something for a senior. Seafood dishes were excellent!! - Was there for my brothers wedding. Service was excellent, beautiful setting. Wonderful staff, good food.

  Really beautiful location right on the St. Lawrence River near the 1000 Island Bridge. Great family location with indoor and outdoor pools and beach and docks. The kids rented some kayaks and enjoyed the area near the hotel. They had a great time. The WiFi signal was strong and very easy to connect to. - The staff was very friendly, although at times confused or slow with serving. The rooms and sitting area right by the water are lovely, as is the restaurant. The location itself is very beautiful. They even found us a raised toilet seat!! (My friend just had a hip replacement.) Food was very good - good choices, but portions far too huge!
