  I have stayed here several times and ended up staying here 9 days on this visit. All members of the staff are professional, friendly and work hard to make their guests feel valueed. The hotel is 3 kms from the Falls,overlooking the river and nicely removed from all the noise of Clifton Hills, yet just a nice walk away. Parking is free, as is WiFi and the hotel offers a very good hot complimentary brea - 4th floor king rooms are spacious, very clean (Hampton bedding change policy is excellent), modern and well-appointed with small fridge, mirowave, free WiFi and good desk space. Ample free parking is provided and the complimentary hot buffet offers a good range of food. Coffee is always available. The WeGo public transit system stops outside the front door so you can leave your car and take a bus to the Falls, if you don't want to walk (about 30 minutes).

  The beds were so very comfortable and room extremely clean. My kids loved the pool and computer room was great to conduct business and kids used for facebook. Most important is a very professional - the room was comfortable and clean. the pool was excellent. The exercise room was also quite good. The cleaning staff in particular were very considerate. I found it difficult to drive to downtown from Markham. I would like to return even for downtown activities but may have to reconsider that. But for nearby activities this is a fine choice. I hope the price doesn't change.

  I was very hesitant since I have never stayed at this Best Western before but we were very impressed. It was clean and very neat. We loved the balcony. It is really close to the falls like they say, and a ton of restaurants. It is right across the street from the IMAX theatre. We parked our car on the Saturday afternoon and didn't have to move it until check out the next afternoon. - The room was comfortable and clean. It was very quiet. I never heard plumbing noises, people talking in the hallway. We were right across from the elevator and never heard people coming and going. We heard no cars or motorcycles starting up in the morning either. Very quiet. I also like fact that they allow dogs and appaently other pets as well. That is very nice to know for the future. They seem to cater to pets and really like them. Esp. dogs. :)

  Although I had a letsbookhotel.com reservation number the hotel did not have it upon check-in. Fortunately, there were plenty of rooms available and I was given a free upgrade. Even though the restaurant was empty my prime rib arrived cold. I sent it back to be heated up and it came back lukewarm and without the garlic mashed potatoes that went ba... was die leute sagen » ck for reheating also. I gave up at that point and took the prime rib home in a doggy bag (at $22) for my dog. I will stick to the bar food next time. - The staff where exception. We only stayed there because we were visiting Buffalo for the day with friends. Now we will return for another 2 days because we are visiting nol with family. It is cheaper & quieter in Fort Erie
