Our host Janet was very helpful and had only just taken over the
B&B. She made us very welcome and already had an excellent knowledge
of the surrounding area, including local eateries and places worth
visiting. Sadly we were not able to enjoy the delights of the hot tub or
garden due to the cold weather. Our room was excellent and very

from the Niagara Falls and less than 10 minutes from the town of Niagara
on the Lake. -
We loved our beautiful room, and the other two available rooms are also lovely. Both our room and bathroom were well appointed, spacious and immaculate. It was very quiet, on a road a ways out of town. Friendly helpful hosts, great breakfast, attention to all our dietary and comfort and travel needs. Second visit and we will be back again and recommend it to everyone.

My husband loved the heated pool. He forgot his pillow at home and was
very pleased he had a choice in a firm or soft pillow. The breakfast was
good and the staff very friendly and helpful. -
Good overall service. No complaints. It was a quick in and out for us so we didn't use the pool, exercise room etc. Breakfast was better than most.

Cannot beat the location - walk outside and you're at the CN Tower or the stadium. Easy walk to the downtown business/entertainment districts. Easy parking, and with the walking distance you can save $ by not having to pay to park at hotel and then downtown. Friendly restaurant/bar staff. -

Beautiful recently updated foyer, reception, and restaurant area. The mattress, pillows, & headboard were perfect: I had a great sleep in a quiet, comfortable room. Staff were friendly & attentive. Complimentary coffee & newspaper in the morning! -

The pool and hot tub area is well maintained and spacious. The set up of the hotel allows you to park right outside your room, but you also have a door directly from your room and into the main building which makes it more convenient to get to the pool and game room.
Also, a comfortable desk chair was provided in our room. -

We did have a few issues with our room but I explained them all to the front desk at check out and she was very helpful and explained she would make sure our next stay was a lot better. But we did really enjoy our stay. It was our second time staying there and we will be back!

The staff was the best part of our overnight stay. There was a issue in the middle of the night by one of the other guests and the staff handled the situation perfectily. The rooms were clean and the beds were very confortable to sleep in. -

Easy to find with a good location. Well priced for the area. It was an easy walk to a wide variety of restaurants. I cannot comment on the breakfast, as I had to be back on the road before it was out.

It was very clean and bright, beds and pillows were super comfortable! Also a bonus to have a fridge and microwave in the room as we have a son who has a very restricted diet so I was able to reheat his meals and store his meds in the fridge. -
Staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel was quiet so slept well.
