Our room 105 had original stones and wood beams dating from 1700´s. BEd is very comfortable, room decór is sooting and chic (shantung curtains, ceiling painted in grey-brown). Bedroom has a built in kithchenette very convenient. Hotel bar is really cool too. I would totally recommend future guests to head to local Quebec boulangerie named Paillard centrally located in Rue St Jean in Haute-ville (5min walt). Their

Their tips on scheduling enabled us to catch wonderful outdoor performances that we would have missed if we hadn't known to make a point of seeing them on our first day of arrival. - Everything!   The staff were bilingual and it was easy to communicate in English, even though I wanted to practice my French. It was in a relatively good location just outside of the Old City and basically everything I wanted was within walking distance (did not take a cab or transit at all).   Best hotel! The staff is superb, the rooms are so comfortable, the location is perfect, the food is great, and the whole experience was amazing. My boyfriend and I got stranded in the snow a couple of miles from Quebec City. When we called the hotel, the concierge sent someone out to help us. He was so kind and patient.
