  We arrived from our cruise ship early in the morning and the receptionist immediatly said she would contact houskeeping and see how long it would be before we could book in. We went down town for a couple of hours and when we got back the room was ready for us. They had stored our baggage safely for us while we were away. The bathrom was huge and if we had been stay - We loved how close the hotel was to everything - Darling Harbour, Town Hall Station, QVB. The hotel was well maintained, the rooms quite soundproof when the balcony doors are closed. Also loved that there was a balcony so that you were not confined to an air conditioned box - fresh air was able to be let in. Was also great that the accommmodation was an apartment so we could make our own meals if we wanted and also wash and dry clothes, which was a blessing as hwe got drenched by the rain on

  Love that I never waited more than 5mins for something to be delivered to my room. The reception staff were amazing and very very helpful. Love how the location is central to everything I needed ie, shopping mall, trains and food! Liked the price for parking a car at the hotel. That the place felt like a home not just a hotel. They were able to give directions around the local area easily, always had a smile, check in and check out was quick, and there was no problems with our request to stay an extra night. Our room was lovely and had everything we needed for a nice weekend away.

I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to friends and family. I was very happy with my stay here.

  Staff were very friendly, was a bit worried as had read a lot of negative feedback. Would recommend the place to anyone.   As a fit grandmother with grandchildren 11 and 8, I found Apt 319 suited us perfectly for 8 nights in April.Very quiet little apartment well appointed with all you need for a granny with grandchildren! Friendly helpful manag - It's location easy to get into Sydney cbd. The hotel owners were so welcoming and helpful. Our studio apartment was comfortable and well equipped with everything you needed we were particularly grateful for the washing machine and tumble dryer and some sachets of washing powder.There was a nice continental breakfast which was part of the room rate. In our opinion a good place to stay for a reasonable room rate.

  The staff were 100% friendly and professional. Always pleased to accomodate. One morning we witnessed the 'egg chef' loosing conrol somewhat & hope that within our view of his team members supporting hi, it helped his situation and that all is good there.
