  We arrived from our cruise ship early in the morning and the receptionist immediatly said she would contact houskeeping and see how long it would be before we could book in. We went down town for a couple of hours and when we got back the room was ready for us. They had stored our baggage safely for us while we were away. The bathrom was huge and if we had been stay - We loved how close the hotel was to everything - Darling Harbour, Town Hall Station, QVB. The hotel was well maintained, the rooms quite soundproof when the balcony doors are closed. Also loved that there was a balcony so that you were not confined to an air conditioned box - fresh air was able to be let in. Was also great that the accommmodation was an apartment so we could make our own meals if we wanted and also wash and dry clothes, which was a blessing as hwe got drenched by the rain on

  Love that I never waited more than 5mins for something to be delivered to my room. The reception staff were amazing and very very helpful. Love how the location is central to everything I needed ie, shopping mall, trains and food! Liked the price for parking a car at the hotel. That the place felt like a home not just a hotel. The movies on the tv... wat mensen zeggen » were great to have and had a good selection to choose from. - The staff were wonderful. They were able to give directions around the local area easily, always had a smile, check in and check out was quick, and there was no problems with our request to stay an extra night. Our room was lovely and had everything we needed for a nice weekend away.

  Arrived Saturday afternoon so as to attend an even Saturday night. The hotel is in a great location, the apartment is spacious and has everything you might need, it is not super luxurious but is perfect for a city trip. We had afternoon drinks and nibbles in our loungeroom/kitcheb, took a refreshing swim in the pool which was great before gettin... wat mensen zeggen » g ready to go out. When we got back, the room was quiet and comfortable and I had a great sleep in. All in all it was a great little unit, felt like - The reception staff were marvellous, and extremely helpful. My visit to Syd was to attend hospital appointments and it was a great relief to me each day to know when treatments ended I was going back to my lovely comfy room where I could just relax. I will definitely stay there the next time I have to return to Sydney.

  Staff were very friendly, was a bit worried as had read a lot of negative feedback. Would recommend the place to anyone. The only criticism that I wouold have is that there is no frypan in the kitchens which meant you had to go out for breakfast each day - only one saucepan but thats a minor thing that can be easily fixed - Very close to the tr... wat mensen zeggen » ain station and not very noisy at all - loved the tiled floors as was lovely to come back to after a full on day to take shoes off to a cool tiled floor!   As a fit grandmother with grandchildren 11 and 8, I found Apt 319 suited us perfectly for 8 nights in April.Very quiet little apartment well appointed with all you need for a granny with grandchildren! Pool on rooftop, free interesting breakfast, generous balcony with table and chairs and good kitchen with all necessary utensils, fridge/freezer, ... wat mensen zeggen » good stove, microwave etc. Clean and fresh with washing machine/drier and sofabed fine for adults, with children in double bed. Friendly helpful manag - It's location easy to get into Sydney cbd. The hotel owners were so welcoming and helpful. Our studio apartment was comfortable and well equipped with everything you needed we were particularly grateful for the washing machine and tumble dryer and some sachets of washing powder.There was a nice continental breakfast which was part of the room rate. In our opinion a good place to stay for a reasonable room rate.

  The staff were 100% friendly and professional. Always pleased to accomodate. One morning we witnessed the 'egg chef' loosing conrol somewhat & hope that within our view of his team members supporting hi, it helped his situation and that all is good there. As we see it, a little blip is nothing when everyone is pulling together to be their best... wat mensen zeggen » . We are all human. We definiatly recommend anyone to stay here....and have eggs with breakfast :-) our only dissapointment was, when making enquirie - i like sydney who could not, the hotel desk staff could not be more helpful we arrive very early and they found a room for us straight away after a long flight this was much appreciated thank you holiday in staff for a wonderful stay in sydney. ps insted of the 4 days we booked we stayed 8 i think that show how much we enjoyed the stay
