  I love everything about this hotel and can't imagine staying anywhere else when I'm in Sydney. The atmosphere, the character, the style and the wonderful staff. The location couldn't be more perfect, surrounded by water and a lovely walk along the harbour foreshore and beyond to reach the restaurants, cafes and The Rocks, but tucked away enough t... was die leute sagen » o be peaceful and quiet. I recently had to return there at a distressing time, a funeral, I was upgraded to a beautiful waterside room, a bottle of ch - The location , the great spirit of the staff reflected in their work ethic and translated back to me. I stayed 6 nights with my sister as her birthday treat with valet parking. We also had Room service for some meals and enjoyed some good movies after our long days of rediscovering Sydney. We felt welcome. The location is simply stunning and uplifting.

  Everything! I booked a studio apartment with harbour view, and asked for a room on a higher level, if possible on a corner (for maximum views). Not only did they grant both requests, but I was upgraded to a one-bedroom apartment. Obviously the views were amazing! The staff were very nice and went out of their way to be helpful. I cant wait for a - I had visitors from the UK and wanted to show them Sydney. They (and us) were blown away by the views of the harbour, bridge and opera house. Away from the noise of the city, but with the stop almost at the door, we were only a ferry ride from everywhere. The apartments were clean and very comfortable and staff were very helpful. I have nothing negative to say about the place.

  Lage direkt an Bahnlinie - The staff welcoming us at 9am said our room was ready and we could park and go straight up. This was the best news as the International Fleet Review was our reason for staying. The room service dinner was just what we needed so we could see the fireworks from the picture windows overlooking Lavender Bay that night. - Excellent hotel, great "L" shaped apartment (we took better one), big balcony, nice view from 8th floor. Clean, spacious, we were wery happy with our stay. Affordable parking. We will come back, excellent location, train station across hotel, bridge 2 min of walk. I recommend!

  My partner and I booked 4 nights here as it was a great price and location. We then extended 3 more nights as we really enjoyed it. Our room is nice and spacious with a Tv and balcony. Even though there are only ceiling fans we found it still did the trick and worked well! The breakfast was an added bonus with eggs, bacon, toast - We arrived at the hotel before check-in time, but had no problem getting to our room. When we got to our room one of the builders who was helping to renovate the hotel said that we were unable to get into our room - so we got an upgrade to a family room for free! The staff we very apologetic. Our room was good as we were in a section on our own, rarely bumped into anyone at the shared bathroom. The TV has a great choice of channels.   The staff were 100% friendly and professional. Always pleased to accomodate. One morning we witnessed the 'egg chef' loosing conrol somewhat & hope that within our view of his team members supporting hi, it helped his situation and that all is good there. Very family friendly.
