  I like the location which is opposite Taka Plaza, a block away frm TAX supermarket, less than 10 mins to Ben Thanh, near Saigon Center & it's only Dong $112k to Dung Tailor & Nam Silk - Location was very good, close to shops and Ben Thanh market.   The apartment was excellent for our family as it had 3 rooms and plenty of space for the kids and us. Kids ages 12, 10 & 8. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and the location was brilliant for us as we were not in the middle of the tourist part of Ho Chi Minh City and we loved getting around without being hassled by hawkers.   Interconnecting family rooms were fantastic. Great bathrooms and very comfortable beds. Although firm beds we all slept very well and being older did not wake up with sore backs etc like I do at home. Was worried about noise levels as we had read about super thin walls.
