I like the location which is opposite Taka Plaza, a block away frm TAX supermarket, less than 10 mins to Ben Thanh, near Saigon Center & it's only Dong $112k to Dung Tailor & Nam Silk -
Location was very good, close to shops and Ben Thanh market. Can walk to Quan Ngon, great variety of foods here.

The staff were very friendly.They went out of their way to assist in directions information.etc.
They were honest and we felt secure. we left our door ajar and went shopping. The staff were quick to inform us that we had done so and locked the door for us.

We loved your hotel...it was excellent...as always you would always like it to be cheaper but we could not complain. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The location is greet just a 2 mins stroll to markets, restaurant street with taxis on hand constantly (and who take you the shortest way to the location and cheap)

The apartment was excellent for our family as it had 3 rooms and plenty of space for the kids and us. Kids ages 12, 10 & 8. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and the location was brilliant for us as we were not in the middle of the tourist part of Ho Chi Minh City and we loved getting around without being hassled by hawkers. New, luxury & bargain
Staffs were friendly & helpfully. The hotel looks nice & new. I was told a swimming pool will be there soon. My room was in perfect condition. There is also a compliment gym and sauna but I had no time to try it. I would absolutely come back next time.

The staff were amazing - made an outstanding efforts to help. From bringing things we needed, to sending postcards for us, buying us tickets to the water puppet show, making calls in vietnamese to help us at some staff we hade to do and helped us book the cheapest flying tickets from DaNang to Hanoi.
Always smiling, helping and caring. Made our settling down after long flight so easy.
The room was big and comfortable for us as a familiy.

Facilities are so new, the hotel is newly opened. The staffs get most of the credit, with their excellence services. Beside the hotel itself, there are two cafes nearby and one large supermarket just next door. -

Interconnecting family rooms were fantastic. Great bathrooms and very comfortable beds. Although firm beds we all slept very well and being older did not wake up with sore backs etc like I do at home. Was worried about noise levels as we had read about super thin walls. The location is optimal for getting around Ho Chi Minh city. It is a SAFE haven in a bustling city. The morning breakfast, location across from the bank and local eating areas is great. I appreciated the internet access and having the computers in the room...I did not need to hook up my computer!!!
