Location was very good, close to shops and Ben Thanh market. Can walk to Quan Ngon, great variety of foods here.

The staff were very friendly.They went out of their way to assist in directions information.etc.
They were honest and we felt secure. we left our door ajar and went shopping. The staff were quick to inform us that we had done so and locked the door for us.

The apartment was excellent for our family as it had 3 rooms and plenty of space for the kids and us. Kids ages 12, 10 & 8. New, luxury & bargain
Staffs were friendly & helpfully. The hotel looks nice & new. I was told a swimming pool will be there soon. My room was in perfect condition. There is also a compliment gym and sauna but I had no time to try it. I would absolutely come back next time.

The staff were amazing - made an outstanding efforts to help. From bringing things we needed, to sending postcards for us, buying us tickets to the water puppet show, making calls in vietnamese to help us at some staff we hade to do and helped us book the cheapest flying tickets from DaNang to Hanoi.
Always smiling, helping and caring. Made our settling down after long flight so easy.

The location is optimal for getting around Ho Chi Minh city. It is a SAFE haven in a bustling city. The morning breakfast, location across from the bank and local eating areas is great.
