The staff was very helpful in giving information about the region and finding a place for us to sit during breakfast. The breakfast server was especially helpful and patient during a very busy time. Good breakfast. Nice size refrigerator with freezer. Nice pool and hot tub/spa. Clean comfortable beds and linens. Wifi worked perfectly. Fabulous stop. Room was very clean and nice, pool and spa were both clean and it was nice to have a pool that was fairly warm so we didn't freeze when we got in. We really enjoyed the pool area. The breakfast/area were nice. Will definitely stay there again if in the area. Whole family loved it.
所有评语 » The staff was nice, friendly and always helpful. My son loved the pool and after a long day's hike-I found the hot tub a perfect place to unwind. The room was big and clean and I loved that it had a refridgerator and a microwave. The location was perfect. I would definately stay there again. The Hotel has been refurbished and is very comfortable. The location, just outside the main part of town, is good ensuring peace and quiet. The Hot drink station in the lounge available all day was very welcome. The breakfast provided was excellent. directly at park entrance, indoor swimming pool with a very low frequency which was wonderful, breakfast with delicious waffles. the staff was very friendly. Comfortable atmosphere, variety of other travelers, friendly staff and guests, convenient to Yellowstone Nat'l Park. The staff are friendly. The room is clean. Breakfast is wonderful. When we used the AC-we all had nosebleeds the next morning. We eventually stopped using it and the nosebleeds stopped. I would have liked for the pool towels to be just a little bit larger for us plus size female!. Nothing to complain about. the price, but it seems that it is expensive everywhere around the park. Pillows were too small. A bit over-priced, but all of the prices in the area are high during the tourist season. The hangers hide in the cabinet, not a good design. It was suggested to us we take the Trac train downtown from the airport after we returned our rental car. It was very convenient and comfortable however when we got off the train we had no idea which way to turn to get back to the hotel. The desk clerk indicated the train would leave us off "right over there". Fortunately we guessed right and walked in the appropriate direction and found the hotel. The price was a bit high for us. Room cleaning was poor. Some one should check the rooms other than the person cleaning them. Furniture and chairs dirty and dusty. Edge and underneath of the beds had food remnants around them. Light bulb needed to be replaced. Very much out on its own surrounded by industrail units. breakfast later than 9am ending would be nice. Breakfast however was superb and kitchen staff outstanding. I booked to rooms and i asked if they can put it side by side.. So the lady said.. She did! When we arrived there.. They said that the other room is taken and they put us in 4 rooms away from the other room.. Why is it like that?? They even didnt say sorry.. price a little high. Nothing. I didn't sleep well, maybe because of the bed I'm not sure. Pricey. Nothing. a bit overpriced. I thought it was kind of pricey. the price. the noise of the fridge and AC. small space expensive. Quite expensive for what you get. Breakfast could be better for the price. Sausages contain a lot of black pepper in the absence of alternative meat. Better pay less for one of the motels and have breakfast somewhere else. 1. Price was excessive 2. Breakfast not served after 09.00. I did not like to pay 160 USD for a 60 USD lodge, even if the location is good. The accommodation is ok, but basic. No air condition. We could not lock the door. Got quick fix help to lock it once but then it got jammed again, so we slept in an unlocked room for the better part of the night. crowded breakfast area. the complimentary breakfast was a horrible experience. Loveless, tasteless, instant and plastic...
