The location was great. The staff were very friendly and accommodating however, they nearly put us in a room that was right next to an area being renovated. Fortunately, we asked, for other reasons, to be moved to another room. The room we ended up in was clean, quiet and very handy to the parking lot. We were very lucky to end up in it. We were very pleased with the person who cleaned our room as we ended up eating breakfast in our room instead of gong downstairs, and he seemed to vacuum da.
所有评语 » Our room was a little dated & small but more than adequate for our needs as we were out & about all day long in the Park. The staff were friendly, the laundry, ice machines & hot tubs clean & well-maintained. The breakfast room was busy but well organised to cope. The Inn is pet-friendly and has history and character. Plenty of parking & well located for dining, shopping & park access. We would choose The StageCoach Inn again. Very attractive and well maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean.The location is great, just outside of Yellowstone Park. The staff was helpful and friendly. I appreciated that they asked everyone at checkout if there was anything in the room that needed attention or repair. We would recommend this hotel and definitly stay there again. The friendliness of the staff was exceptional. Everything was very clean and housekeeping came and went without us even knowing they had been there. The Stage Coach Inn employee sorry I forgot his name) who took care of the continental breakfast area was very friendly and did an exceptional job. Especially with the mishaps with the waffle batter container. The staff was friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Close to a grocery store/market for snacks. With in walking distance to everything downtown. Nice size refrigerator with a freezer. Loved the decorating and atmosphere. Everything was handicap accessible. Wireless worked perfectly and was secured. Nice big desk to work from. Excellent location for trips to the Yellowstone National Park. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I really loved the carved timber staircase, surrounded by stuffed animals in the foyer. Clean comfortable room. Laundry was a bonus. Room rate was overpriced, but that is the case for Yellowstone. A comfortable hotel. It was clean, quiet, close to stores and not far from the park. The breakfast was awesome. Didn't have to go anywhere else to eat. Everything you could possibly need while on vacation was there at that motel. Loved it. The lobby is very interesting and unique with the mammal status which thrive in the Yellowstone Park. They are really similar to the true animals! And the breakfast is very good with many choices. Very close proximity to the West gate of Yellowstone National Park. Cleanliness of facilities. Free breakfast. Mark, the breakfast porter, was awesome. We will definitely stay here again. the staff went out of their way to help us with an emergency, fantastic customer service, excellent location to fill our needs, great hotel. 10/10. would reccomend to anyone. Nice room located right outside of West Yellowstone Gates. Bill, their maintenance guy offered to help when we found we had a low tire in the morning. Thank you Bill. The clean and luxurious accommodations and the very professional staff at the front desk. They were friendly, nice and knew a lot about the area and Yellowstone Park. It was very clean and the staff was very helpful with information for driving and eating. The continental breakfast was varied and enjoyable. Would stay again. The Stagecoach Inn in West Yellowstone was a great place to stay for the Thanksgiving XC Ski Camp. Wax room included, breakfast and great staff. In getting to the breakfast room, we had to travel through a hallway that was very dirty and dusty. The windows were also dirty. All of which doesn't endear a person to eating. Everything was great. No pool, but they do have hot tubs that are handicap accessible. Interior of the rooms is not the newest, but absolutely OK given the price. The complementary breakfast is not really good. Would prefer to spend some more dollars for better breakfast. I can't think of a thing I did not like about my stay. didnt find anything negative at all. Wi-fi stinks. Low to no signal strength in our room. There is no refrigerator and microwave in the room!! Very inconvenient for food storage. The room was dated and needed some work. The bathtub needed caulking and there was a "chunk" missing from the top side of the tub. Expensive for what you get but everything is in West Yellowstone so given that reality this is a great choice. Comparably it was too expensive. The building was a bit dated and need some updating. The room and facilities were clean though. I don't know why, but there a lot of static electric shocks in the hall when you touch any metal things. Maybe it happens because of carpets. Room was small- Need to upgrade beds to more comfortable mattress. Cooling system was noisy and not completely effective. It felt like a master switch turned it off in the middle of the night for a few hours. Breakfast was ok but didn't offer hot breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. Our Wi-Fi connection was very poor. Not their fault, but not all of the facility was open for the season yet. Bed was not very comfortable and room too warms hen first got there Continental breakfast a bit bland,. Maybe some real fruit. Hard boiled eggs ,waffles good. Breakfast was underwhelming-we ate at McDonalds two of our three days there. All accommodations in West Yellowstone are very expensive. If you want decent accommodations this is a good place. wifi in room were very very slow ESP in evening, limited laundry hour only till 10. Very poor breakfast (due end of the season?). Only one handicapped parking space available for entire hotel. Old there was no hot tub/spa there was no sauna restuarant was closed. room really small. The water pressure was weak. The restaurant was closed, only a continental breakfast was available. Price! Need some type of protein at breakfast other than hard boiled eggs. Breakfast. the quality of breakfast shall be Improved. The attitude of staff was just ok, booked an extra large bed, but just offered a queen size bed.
