We were greeted by a friendly young man, check in was pleasant. Clean cabin (#5). Nice set up, very, very comfy bed. Glad there was a fridge & microwave. Nice location to downtown for local Yellowstone gifts and eateries. We did not partake of the morning snack breakfast, cannot comment on that. Pleasant stay. The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. It was close enough to walk to the Main Street with restaurants and shops. I felt safe. They did offer coffee and muffins in the morning, but we didn't go over to the office to see what was there. Bed was comfortable and the decor was updated.
所有评语 » Very charming "cabin" room, with country-style decor and timber furnishings. The bed/bedding was super comfy! Fit right in with our Yellowstone vacation. Location was nice and handy to everything. Friendly staff, and pretty flowers everywhere outside. We didn't arrive until late and they left the keys out with a map and had upgraded us to cabins which was lovely, the staff were really helpfull and showed us where to go in the park. Very friendly staff. Comfortable cabin with nice decor. Fluffy towels. good location with walking distance to everything. The cabin is very cute and it's suitable for a family of 4 like us. The staff is friendly and helpful. Loved the room how decorated, very cozy and comfortable, perfect for our needs. Very clean... Location to the entrance of the west Yellow Stone Park and close to good restraunts. Very comfortable and clean. Friendly hands on owners. Clean, quiet. everything. excellent. Good. location to park access rooms neat and clean. Near to Yellowstone entrance and kitchen. Close to Yellowstone Park. the two-bedroom cottage is actually quite good. the room has full kitchenette. it is good for people stay for several nights. Overshot the street due to street name being different on the map given to us. Walls a bit thin, we could hear our neighbors quite clearly. Parking spaces are limited when all cabins occupied. Felt better having our car outside the cabin rather than in the parking behind the buildings. It was raining quite heavy on our 2nd night, preferred not to deal with packing up in mud. This was only an issue due to weather. We could hear our neighbors talking in the room next to us and it was noisy in the morning when people were getting up and leaving. Room was on the smaller side and the bathroom was very small. Wifi very patchy. I often used the hotel across the road. the bathroom is very small but it's fine with us. dark in shower. We had heat to 50 but still runs hot unless shut it off completely. (but rather have it too warm then cold). Nothing. No meal plan. nothing. Small beds and lumpy. Unit was small--bathroom was tiny. Internet very slow. Coffee was terrible. Was most $ of hotels on our trip but smallest [so far]--but I think Yellowstone West is expensive because of location & can't compare with others in area. upon our mid-night check-in, an african staff behaved extremely impolite and unwilling to help!! "letsbookhotel.com" says the room charge includes breakfast, but the Inn actually only provide coffee and tea.... Small cramped room and terribly small bath. Paper thin walls with no privacy. This cabin was right on a busy road. You could hear cars and trucks all night! Oh and if you leave a dirty dish they charge you $50.
