My husband and I are divorced, but we take our kids 9&12 on family vacations. We had adjoining rooms with huge screened in porches on the ground level. The view was incredible, but private. We had a direct walk out to the beach. We went kayaking, boogie boarding and shelling...all of which are right there. The Inn is old, historic, quaint

We loved the Island: in fact we wished we could live their as we liked it so much. "Not your typical people:" everyone was friendly and happy, inviting (no in your face type people or look at me, or us - not showy - quite private and inviting atmosphere (completely unlike the Florida Keys, which I have great disdain for, except its beauty). People take pride in caring for this island and it shows. Everything is clean. Walk ways and bike paths galore. We really got to enjoy "Gods" beauty that he
