We booked in and dropped our luggage off in our room and left for the
airport to return our rental car as we had an early morning flight and
as just wanted to use the hotel shuttle service. I could not find my
wallet at the airport and thought I had left it in my hotel room but it
was not there. I went down to the front desk and they had found my
wallet on the counter and had locked it away for safe keeping. This
finished off 10 wonderful days in Fort Myers. Great staff.

Danielle the evening clerk and another female evening clerk (sorry didn't get her name) were very helpful. The breakfast area attendant was also very friendly and attentive. -
Easy to access; free breakfast; wifi; great bath lotion, shampoo, etc.; plenty of towels for showering and pool; nice pool deck.

I was impressed how friendly ALL the staff were. Also, impressed by the way the staff were continually busy keeping inside and outside of the building clean. I really like the matresses in the room. I haven't had a good nights sleep like that in a long time. We even had one of the workers come to the room to find out what make they were as we want to purchase that make for our home. My wife and I are planning to travel this summer and intend on staying at La Quinta where ever possible.
