We were safisfied with our entire stay. We were able to relax when we weren't at dr. appointments. We happened to be there on 2 days that a huge snowstorm came so travel in the city was difficult, but staying at the Quality Inn was good. We especially enjoyed the suite. How nice to have a full size refrigerator and microwave with complete tableware provided. The king size bed was very comfortable and the rooms were clean.
所有评语 » Perfect set up for extended stay to visit Mayo Clinic. Shuttle services, breakfast selections, location, room cleanliness, and helpful staff made our stay a great experience, If we should need to return to Mayo Clinic in the future we will be making reservations at this Quality Inn. We stayed at Quality Inn & Suites while seeking Medical attention at Mayo Clinic. The suite was perfect. Comfortable and very clean. Will be staying there again this coming week when we return. Everything one needs while visiting Mayo. The suites were arranged very nicely and convenient. Chance to be together or relax separately. Shuttle to Mayo Clinic was on time and very helpful. The suite was much more than I expected with the kitchen, couch, chair and eating area. Bed was a king which I prefer, comfortable and cozy. Location was the priority as we attended Gold Rush Days. 1 block away! Continental breakfast was nice. Staff were helpful. Good size room, comfortable bed. Fully stocked kitchen area. The hotel is inexpensive and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nice facility Clean Good value Nice breakfast Friendly staff. I liked the separate rooms and the kitchenette. Very convenient. Loved the size of the room. Tons of space full size fridge. clean and comfortable. Please update to flat screen tv's. The continental breakfast was OK at best. No elevator for the second story rooms. Took a little while to get hot water. That was the only downside. Would have been nice to have a recliner in the bedroom area. Really nothing to complain about. Towels were fairly threadbare. The drain in the shower was a little slow. A little water in the tub after a shower. Carpets had spots on them in the living area. The internet access is terrible. Need more staff for check in. It looked a bit old and run down. My reservation was not correct and the hotel did not have the two rooms we had reserved. We had to take one room with two double beds instead of a queen size bed. Outdated.
