  The design of the hotel - as soon as you enter you will feel it like home. The spa and swimming pool privacy and nice, comparing to other 3 star hotel this is a plus. We also stayed in Hampton Inn 2 days earlier which is very near to Country Inn but Country Inn has better value for money. Breakfast is superb. She was very helpful beyond expectation, i needed screw driver to insert batteries - Front desk staff were excellent. We arrived early and were able to check in hours prior to the normal check in time. The hotel was very clean and the beds comfortable. The hotel is only 5 min. away from the airport and offers a free shuttle service. There is a great mall across the street and an Outback restaurant a few hundred feet away. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Love this place ranks a 10 in my book - Close to Ontario Airport and the price was reasonable. The first keycard I was given did not work. Once I returned to the front desk, the manager rekeyed the card and came to the room with me to insure I would not have to return again with my luggage. Very friendly and helpful. The kitchen and microwave are always a plus.

  I really liked this hotel. It was very clean and the view from our window was very nice with pretty mountains. My husband, 10 yr old child, and dog stayed here for 1 night, 2 days. It was comfortable. - I love the wxyz bar, the funky lobby for lounging with visitors, and the very friendly and helpful staff. Kudos to Bertina and crew!
