Gym was good, Breakfast included eggs and some sort of meat, great for people cutting their sugars. Coffee, tea and lemon ice water offered all day long. Cheese and crackers and cookies put out every night. Rooms were clean and beds really comfortable. Best Western was situated close to a lot of shopping which we had gone there specifically for. It was conveniently close to the highway. People that worked there extremely helpful and friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definite.
所有评语 » Location is excellent in the center of Marketplace where it is very close to shopping mall, big movie theatre, a lot of nice restaurant Price is just right Apart from vending and ice machine, there is also machine wash and dryer in my floor Free coffee & tea on the lobby During my stay, the hotel was also offering free buffet dinner (although you need to go to a hotel close by). hotel was clean, staff friendly, was great to have not only a fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room but also free breakfast. free shuttle was convenient and driver was friendly and super accomodating!. The staff was helpful, breakfast great and location perfect for the blues fest and corn hill festival. Also close to grocery store. Easy to find, convenient location to restaurants, shopping, colleges, great price. Great manager. Like the free dinner. Wonderful selection of movies. like to have swimming pool. Comfort of the bed. We have stayed at this motel the several times in past years, this stay was not the same standard as before. we will look for a new place to stay next visit. looks nice outside ,but inside look a little depressing dark colors,oldie feeling. Friendly staff. Absolutely no complaints. almost nothing... bathroom is on the smaller side, hallway could be brighter. heater in the room was super noisy. Bathroom fans in several rooms dirty. I saw them refill the 5 gallon water tank for the fitness room from the tap. Get fresh water. no swimming pool. The sink on the outside of the bathroom as soon as I came into the room. TV reception was horrible!. The bathroom is too small. The air conditioning is noisy. the dirty bathroom floors. Needs a major update rugs and walls were stained linoleum next to bathtub was missing ice from third floor ice maker had dirt in the ice. Refridge was not plugged in took long time to cool. staff were not very helpful. did not stock room daily when cleaned. had to ask for toilet paper two days in a row. when asking for hand soap we did not get we were told we had to go to the front desk and buy it, after paying 100.00 a night to stay there. small sink,bathroom,carpets dirty. Breakfast choice was poor. WiFi was not available always.
