We just returned from a 2 week foliage tour of the New England states. Our stay at Country Inn and Suites was one of two places that we stayed where we have nothing but good things to recommend. Here are the things that we thought were very, very good: The bed Clean room and bathroom Great breakfast Friendly and helpful staff Entire hotel was very clean Easy access from freeway We were only booked for one night but liked this hotel so much that we booked a second night.
所有评语 » 1. Staff was very friendly, especially Diana, who was really helpful. 2. Breakfast choices were much more than expected. 3. Complimentary dinner was unexpected. 4. Gym and pool facilities. 5. Good location, easy access to highways, city, dining and shopping areas. Staff were extremely accommodating and courteous. I noticed that all the little details were taken care of to meet guests' needs. We were given a voucher for a free meal as well. Nothing fancy, but very comfortable and a caring environment. Thank you. Staff was helpful, courteous and accommodating. Beds were very comfortable. Free breakfast was good. Hotel location was convenient to shopping, restaurants and expressway. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Pool was clean, and open late. Complimentary cookies and coffee, great breakfast, friendly staff. Overall great experience. Great hotel very nice room, great location. Very good breakfast. Price was good. Would certainly stay here again if we were in the area. The lady at the front desk during the day of July 8, I believe her name was Diana. She was super. Great Breakfast, clean rooms, pool and hot tub, snacks and drinks in lobby, daily paper. The spa (after it was cleaned), comfortable king bed, breakfast and friendly staff. The lady when we checked in was wonderful. The Breakfast was a great selection!. nice people, clean, convenient to restaurants and airport with great snacks. Friendly staff, clean and comfort hotel. Great value - clean - polite staff. Someone from one of the adjacent rooms had the urge to play his clarinet at 8:00am, all 3 mornings during our stay. Nothing that I didn't like. Nothing. Nothing. nothing. hot tub could have been a little warmer, requested connecting rooms with friends but were on a different floor. The double charges on two separate credit cards! Also, the dirty carpet and bathroom (the first room) and second room spa was not clean! Dirty ring around the bath. my choice but a bit out of the way. I need receipt, but I didn't receive anything that showing the total amount I have been charged, I have been told by the receiption that I will receive a email for the receipt, but till now I still not yet receive that email also. too tiny elevator barely fits luggage rack and one person entranceway into the hotel is only one sliding door when coming in and out always bumping into people very cramped! Very dated furniture, scratched and old looking carpet thread bear spots no working fan(switch) in bathroom toilet positioned very very low. Quality of rooms, not enough seating in breakfast area, needs update. Over priced . The following night we stayed at a lovely inn for less money and much higher quality.
