  The staff were great! After they couldn't find our letsbookhotel.com booking in their system they were kind enough to give us an upgrade for the delay in our check-in. The room was clean & comfortable & the breakfast was nice.   First of all I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Corinne Koerner from letsbookhotel.com Customer Service Team. I had booked Hotel Lawrence in Dallas for 4 nights via letsbookhotel.com site starting from November 16 (it was a business trip for a scientific congress). I contacted the letsbookhotel.com Customer Service Team directly from the airport and Corinne Koerner promised me to call - We were able to make reservations on-line, when our shower didn't drain fast enough, the staff was very good about correcting the problem so that we could stay in our corner room. My daughter loved the milk and cookies and the weather cooperated, so that we were not inconvienced to be at a separate building from our conference. Location to the west end was convenient and desk staff, housekeeping and the man that fixed our drain were are very accomodating.

  The bed was one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. If someone like from a hotel were driving you there from the Dallas/Fort Worth Airport it was ideal in location. It was immaculately clean. Everyone there was so helpful and went overboard to help us in anything we asked for. We stayed 5 nights.
