  The seductively low prices led us to think we would be in a bog standard motel. It is much superior. The breakfasts are proper set-you-up jobs and keep you firing for hours.   I was highly impressed with the Days Inn and Suites. When I walked into my room, I could not believe all the amenities such as an iron, microwave, and refrigerator. These are things that you seldom see in motels. I also was impressed with the breakfast hours and choice. The time, 6:30-9:30am was convenient, especially for my "sleep in" attitude. Also, it only took me 12 minutes t - I live two hours from airport and had an early morning departure then very late return flights. This hotel is very convenient, economical, and offers free shuttle as well as free parking. Room 214 was extremely clean and I judge this by whether the baseboards are also clean. The young lady Karen?, was extremely kind and was on duty both nights I stayed. She was also an excellent shuttle driver.

  Being close to the DFW airport and having a free 24 hour shuttle was my reason for choosing the hotel, and the staff made it feel like visiting family between flights separated by a day. The shuttle driver was prompt and gave me a bottle of cold water and then the front desk clerk handed me a warm chocolate chip cookie as I registered. Perhaps this was an off night but when we complained the bartender just shrugged his shoulders. Management made no effort to remedy the issue so my overall opinion of this hotel will be greatly diminished. I think when you bring it to the attention of management they should at least respond.
