Easy check-in. Great room for the price. Clean room, carpet, and bathroom. No bad odors. The breakfast is good. Hot and fresh. Has bacon, eggs, gravy, biscuits, a waffle machine, assorted breads, fruit, and cereals. Front desk staff was nice. Excellent housekeepers..especially to our requests. Comfy beds. No bed bugs. And being new to the city it was great being able to order at a resteraunt from the menu in the room.
所有评语 » I booked the room for one night and wanted something close to the airport with shuttle service. We were on our way home from vacation and needed to overnight somewhere close to the airport. Shuttle service drivers were friendly and helpful as well as the front desk clerk. The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Just what we needed after a 10 hour overseas flight. We never stayed in your chain before. We got stuck during in dallas during the aa national grounding. We didnt want to stay at airport overnight. Looked to see what hotel was clise to airport and had a room left. We had expected very little and were happily surprised. Clean, very comfortable beds. Desk person that evening was very nice. I think his name was Chris. I was very impressed with this hotel, because I have always heard that Super 8's were dives, but when we walked into our room, it was clean and well-maintained. I didn't feel like I had to worry about my health or safety. We had a good breakfast in the morning and were treated kindly by the staff. The rooms were comfortable, clean and a GREAT value for the money. My favorite part was the heart shaped jacuzzi tub in the King Suite. I would definitely recommend this hotel and if I return to Dallas I would most likely stay there again. Oh, I even got a Texas shaped waffle for breakfast!!!. at first they provided filtered drinking water, which i really appreciated because the Dallas water is very chlorinated. On the third day, they had run out of all drinking water, even the water in the machine was out. I think it really set them apart to have clean drinking water available. We booked this hotel for our trip yo Irving for my husband citizenship interview and I really like it!! Good price and very comfy!! I was a little worried at first because o other comments but when we arrived I was surprised good hotel at a good price and close to the citizenship offices. The whole complex was very clean with attentive service. What a find. We stayed there 1 night while in transit. The breakfast was included and had everything that a person wanted. Our experience definitely gives high marks to this organization. We recommend staying here. The room was quite comfortable, especially the bed. I found it surprisingly quite being close to a busy road and airport. Mike, the manager was particularly helpful and most pleasant! The price was right - all I needed was comfortable rest. Thank you. The absolute best thing was the unexpected exceptional firmness and comfort of the beds--we would definitely stay there again..1st time to use the shuttle service to and from the airport anfd that was a plus also.. The bed was very comfortable. Although there were no restaurants nearby, the lobby contained menus of restaurants that deliver. I had a great meal in my room for only a few dollars more for delivery. The staff was very helpful. Everything we expected was met - location, clean, roomy, comfortable, good wi-fi, quiet but still close to all amenities. The staff were extremely freindly and we will definitely stay here again on our future trips to Dallas. Impressed by the cleanliness and fresh smells as you enter the hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast had good variety and tasted great. This was better than some stays I've had at more expensive hotels. EVERYTHING! We stayed at the Super 8 in Gainesville, Texas and it was the worst place ever. had worms in bed. Could write a book on how bad! That our thru flight got cancelled. It took 1hr30 mins for the shared hotel shuttle to pick us up. The only thing "bad" I can say is the fridge in the King Suite wasn't working, but it was no big deal!. The bathroom was a lilttle dirty. An outdoor space to stretch my legs and relax a little after the 15 hr flight would have been nice. not a thing. I didn't like the pillows, not fluffy enough for me but the bed was comfortable. Not much. Breakfast could have had a few more choices, and bacon was cooked too much. A kettle in the room to make coffee/tea would have been better than only lukewarm water out of a hot water flask in the reception area. Minor items. I couldn't stay longer. The only minor issue was that the room was quite cold and there was not a spare blanket available. We had to ask at reception (and they found one) but the cleaners took it away the second morning - so we had to go and ask for another one. Annoying, but no big deal. Didn't like the chair at the table/desk. My husband almost tipped backwards a couple of times!. Not much. I do wish you had a scanner in your Business Center, but other than that, there isn't anything I don't like. there is no restaurant near by , but you can place a food delivery with local restaurants who deliver. The refrigerator cycled frequently in spite of a tight fitting door. Your organization could probably save tens of thousands of dollars annually by pushing for more, energy efficient compact refrigerators. Breakfast is only until 9:00! I think it would be really appreciated if at least it lasted until 9:30!! Some of us are on vacations and don't feel like getting up so early. Everything was fine. Lack of dinner facilities. The hot water in the shower was not hot at 8.30am. The desk clerk at night didn't know enough about the airport to give directions to the proper door. He would have had us walking close to a mile for the pickup; instead another pickup place was right outside the baggage door!. Some shuttle delay on pickup - but what can you expect for rooms at this price?. No invoice on check out, they said it would be emailed but still waiting. The exterior appearance needs update. The hair dryer never worked; the telephone kept going to a speaker phone dial throughout the day & night. Very hard to sleep with phone going off. Told the staff but nothing happened about that or the hair dryer. Would have liked to see automatic door at front as you were bringing in luggage. If you were by yourself it was more of a struggle. Breakfast time need to be extended until 10-10:30am. There was no soap or shampoo in the room and the hotel is a little tricky to get to. Irving is undergoing major construction. The air conditioner wasn't in perfect shape. Waited at airport for shuttle for 40 minutes.
