The hotel is a 10 minute shuttle ride from the airport and in a lovely historic town with pretty shops. The restaurant next to the hotel is brilliant. A great hotel, lovely, friendly staff and a secret find!! Rooms are super clean and cosy. The hotel will even take you to the Mall where you could spend a few days as it is HUGE !!! We will be returning here without a hesitation. We were stranded at DFW Airport due to our flight being cancelled and was looking at an inexpensive hotel but safe and clean with a shuttle to/from the airport. This fit the bill perfectly we paid $54.99. The rooms were clean and included breakfast, but we left too early to take advantage of it.
所有评语 » I was given a complimentary upgrade to a queen suite (I'm not sure why) which had two clean, spacious rooms. The staff were smiling, friendly, and helpful. The fast food delivery menu came in very handy, and the shuttle to and from the airport was easy to schedule and arrived on time. After our 7am flight got cancelled, we booked this hotel for its close proximity to the airport. The receptionist was amazing and very helpful and even let us check in early when a room became available (about 11am!) the free shuttle to the airport the next day was handy. The rooms are great!! spacious rooms and very clean. We only stayed for one night, but it was the best hotel we stayed during our vacations... they have shuttle from the airport which is very important because the taxi fares are expensive, so that's a plus... Friendly staff, excellent value, very clean and comfortable rooms, good breakfast included in the price, easy parking. Convenient location between Dallas and Fort Worth and great shopping malls nearby. Close to airport and good shuttle service to airport. We had to stay in this area for 3 different nights during our 7 day trip. We chose this Days Inn because of it's friendly staff, clean/comfortable room and value. The location is easy access to DFW, restaurants and shopping. Staff was wonderful. Shuttle service to and from Inn was very helpful so we could fly for a cruise in Seattle. We were allowed to leave our vehicles in their parking lot. Cars were cared for. great location for passing thru Dallas airport. Friendly lady at counter the night I checked in. Room was nice and clean and comfortable. Would stay again forsure!!!. It was very close to the airport (DFW). I stayed in a suite and it is very comfortable for up to four persons. The shuttle runs late enough in the evening and early enough in the morning. Service was efficient and we were in our room for our short stop-over very quickly which was most important to enable us to get as much rest as possible. The staff was outstanding this helped me with many things, They were kind courteous and very professional. Francesca and Cassaundra were extremely polite. HI everything was ok and I did not have any real problems while staying at the hotel. that makes being on the road a more pleasant stay. thank you. Near DFW airport. It didn't feel so small and dark like most hotel rooms. It was enough to the airport and cheaper than others coser. The shuttle was fine but I'm short so it was a big step up and down. It was a last minute need that fit the budget and traveling as a single woman they made sure I felt comfortable and safe. Hotel associate was nice and friendly and let us in early upon arrival. good location of room beside the pool. No public transport, you need a car. The breakfast could be a bit more: add scramble eggs and bacon or sausage. Discontinue the cream gravy. The shuttle bus left before it was supp osed. We were there for only 6 hours on a flight change and had no opportunity to enjoy your facilities. Clearly nothing that you could do anything about. No complaints. I can't think of anything that stood out to me that I disliked. I had trouble finding the way to Denny's despite reception telling me but the maid told me how to get there so maybe more instructions and a sign to the bridge across, if you're walking. That there was no where to eat within walking distance but not the hotels fault. No eating places around the hotel just a Denny's, had to drive approx 8 miles to eat and all was fast food. Didn't have ph # from website booking to call for shuttle on arrival so had to take cab - expensive for short distance; no food or bar so had to walk next door;. The beds were not very comfortable. The breakfast wasn't good. Biscuits were nasty and cold. No fruit. I could hear everything from other rooms & outside. The walls are thin. I could hear luggage being rolled, zippers being unzipped. The only thing I did not like the most was the quality of the tv channels they only had a select few. I thought the pillows were really uncomfortable. I ended up folding a towel. All good thanks!. nothing. Nothing. They didn't had hot water, that was really disappointing. WIFI was down in the Hotel (Oct/26-28, 2013). Is under Repair for 2 weeks after lightning. Photos of breakfast on website are not accurate. Room is in need of updating, however, is in line with the price point of the hotel. When I booked, I provided my arrival info, so I could be picked-up by your shuttle. When I arrived, a shuttle was not waiting. It would have been helpful if you replied and provided the pick-up schedule, thereby reducing any anxiety I was experiencing. Broken floor lamp light fixture, rough - old towels, no restaurant. Nothing to comment about. The mattress was as hard as concrete. I couldn't sleep on it and got no rest. The Breakfast was very nice - clean. The one thing need to change the menu. Bugs in th room. furniture and size of the room did not allow much space to move but we were mainly sleeping. The room had nasty stuff on the wall over by the bed by the wall, had nasty stuff on the wall over by the tv and the wall in the bathroom had black mold in the tile. The breakfast was not as well as I hope for was hoping for more of a sausage, bacon and eggs. The breakfast was cold and not a varity. Trying to get checked out at 3:35 am. My schedule would not allow me to be detained so I was promised a receipt by e-mail which I have never recieved.
