  I loved the fact that when booking the reservations online, I was asked if I had any special requests. I answered "chocolates and a smile on my pillow." When I arrived, there was a bottle of Hershey's Chocolate Syrup and a sticky notes with a smile drawn on it. Under my pillow, was a Hershey's chocolate bar with a note that said "Thanks for being ... 别人怎么说 » a good sport". I loved it. It made my daughter and my nine hours drive worth it. Also, I liked the fact that the TV could not be turned up extremely - Nice breakfast with fresh waffles and sirup, oats and more. Chinese restaurant "Tea House" in front of the hotel (it is one of the best Chinese restaurants in twin cities), it's open until 9.30 pm. Quiet place, ideal to sleep well. Very friendly & helpful staff. Close to University (I was visiting University).

  Hyatt itself is a brand and always a promise of a good stay. The price is at the higher end, but the price here is much lower compared to other cities we have been, so we can't ask for more really.   The reception team is great: Allison, Tatiana, Cindy and Kristin (sorry if I forgot someone) and also the Van Service driver are kind and gently 24 hours a day.   The rooms were very spacious and the beds very comfortable and the room was very clean. Extra towels, coffee and toileteries were delivered promptly. The lighter weight robes very nice. It is an amazing place, and one of the more stunning hotels I have been in. I love that it has been transformed from a bank into a luxurious hotel. Spectacular!   We were chatting with our shuttle driver about the snow they had got while we were away, and worrying about getting our car out. When we got back to the hotel, he drove through the lot and asked which car was ours. He said he was on all night and needed something to do. We stayed one night and rode the shuttle to the airport. It's not the fanciest modern place but it certainly is perfect if u need a cheap and comfy place to crash for the night. The shuttles 24/7. Nice! A good thing if u have a crazy hour flight. Staff was efficient. Room was clean. A little outdated. But I could care less. Stay here its worth it.
