I loved the fact that when booking the reservations online, I was asked if I had any special requests. I answered "chocolates and a smile on my pillow." When I arrived, there was a bottle of Hershey's Chocolate Syrup and a sticky notes with a smile drawn on it. Under my pillow, was a Hershey's chocolate bar with a note that said "Thanks for being a good sport". I loved it. It made my daughter and my nine hours drive worth it. Also, I liked the fact that the TV could not be turned up extremely .

Chinese restaurant "Tea House" in front of the hotel (it is one of the best Chinese restaurants in twin cities), it's open until 9.30 pm. Quiet place, ideal to sleep well. Very friendly & helpful staff. Close to University (I was visiting University). The location. We had an appointment at the Shriner's hospital and it was close, shuttle service was easy and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. There was a park a couple miles away the staff helped us find. Nice clean rooms. Good location, about 15 mins bus ride to downtown. Very conveniently located inside the UofM campus with loads of good restaurants close by. Friendly and accommodating staff. Had a good time. Friendly and helpful staff. Staff person on duty at all times during breakfast keeping things clean, tidy,and well stocked.(no empty coffee pots waiting to be filled.). We had car trouble and didn't make it for our first night. Staff were very understanding and helpful and we weren't charged for the night we weren't there. It has a good price yet it's still close to downtown/convention center. I just had to take a bus (10-15 min ride) and was already in the city centre. the shuttle made it nice since i had to be at the convention center everyday.thanks they even picked me up after the show was over.very nice. Value for the money, it was very affordable. This is my second time stay here so for value, we keep coming back. This hotel appears to have been upgraded in recent years! Great U of M location and plenty of free parking. great location near the University campus friendly staff good value for the money. The courtesy the receptionists displayed each time I was getting in or out. We were offered a shuttle to the Vikings game which was very helpful!. Mostly the price and location. The staff is kind and available for every customers need. The hotel is nearly 3 miles from downtown but every hour the hotel's shuttle carries out the connection. At the end it is good price-service trade off. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, located on a major bus route and near decent places to eat, clean facilities (except smell of old smoke), everything in good working order, no stains or tears in anything. Location. Continental breakfast. Pleasant staff. Good Pricing. Free Breakfast. Free Parking. Localizaçao room is comfortable and big. close to campus and Dinky Town. Location, location, location!. It is cheap (便宜). location. The A/C in our room was a bit too loud. No pool...not much for small children to do but it was the closest and best price for what we were there to do. Breakfast was small and internet connection was sometimes very slow. they wouldn't let me pop popcorn. WiFi was done most all of the 4 days there. The room and bath is quite old looking with the bath area in need of work or better yet replacement. The behavior of two female clients, at two separate occasions, who seemed to be afraid when we met in the hallway (I am a black male; however, I was wearing a business dress; I have no tattoos, no body piercing. My appearance, besides my racial features, is normal). This is not the fault of the hotel staff. Loud heater/airconditioner. It felt outdated. Fairly expensive. The room was small. Lo def TV. breakfast has very limited choice. Breakfast is not so satisfactory, although you can bake fresh wafels. The "super-fast" wifi connection they promise is not so fast. smell of old smoke in the non-smoking room, price was a little high for the budget-style amenities (plentiful but super cheap breakfast, totally sufficient but not remarkable rooms and toiletries). Bathroom way too small. Shower/water temp adjustment difficult to figure out, and then very low water pressure. Carpeting was loose and bubbled up. Broken coffeepot. Broken TV remote. The remote was replaced for us. Breakfast very very poor, better not offer Internet wifi in the rooms was down during 4 of my 6 days days! t. bed was to noisy, springs were loud !. price!. The wifi's really unstable and low speed. Internet was down, breakfast selection was poor, elevator door opened almost before it stopped on the floor, people came home at 5:00AM and talked right outside our door. Staff did not fill us in at check in about signing up for shuttle we came to front desk to catch it and was told we couldnt use it because we didnt sign up at check in. We were late for where we were going because of this. Breakfast was closed before it stated so no food before we checked out. outdated, dark rooms, didn't seem very clean, old bathroom.
