We were chatting with our shuttle driver about the snow they had got while we were away, and worrying about getting our car out. When we got back to the hotel, he drove through the lot and asked which car was ours. He said he was on all night and needed something to do. In the morning I went to get my car and it was all dug out and cleaned off. I wish I would have got his name. The man behind the desk said it was 'Alex', so if this is him, I would like to give him many heartfelt thanks!.
所有评语 » It was exactly what I wanted and expected for about 65$. We stayed one night and rode the shuttle to the airport. It's not the fanciest modern place but it certainly is perfect if u need a cheap and comfy place to crash for the night. The shuttles 24/7. Nice! A good thing if u have a crazy hour flight. Staff was efficient. Room was clean. A little outdated. But I could care less. Stay here its worth it. Actually this place is awesome! It is a great place which was why I was there but I was also extremely budget conscious and I was traveling with a pet so needed it pet friendly. In addition to this is it super for a family and breakfast was great! Perfect place for it all. Friendly staff who greet you when you come in or pass by the desk, in the hall Breakfast Nice beds Excellent location between airport and downtown access Airport shuttle Very decent WiFi!. Price was right, was also right across the highway from our venue, staff were friendly, and excellent with the shuttle rides to and from our event!!. The airport service facility was really nice. Free wifi also was nice too. Shuttle services for the Mall of usa and to airport is reasonable!. The staff did a great job of helping us. Breakfast was well stocked and rooms were serviced daily even on a 4 day trip. Alles...Zimmer gross, leise, Betten gut, Fruehstueck gut und ausreichend, schnelles Internet. Like the shuttle service they offer - to both airport and Mall of America. they had a pretty decent breakfast and the staff was very friendly. In the process of a nice remodel. Quiet. Good deal on room rate. The size of the pool. Variety in breakfast. Size of the rooms. nice pool the staff was extremely nice and courteous. the pool and breakfast, clean quiet rooms. Family, exercise, golfing, biking, hiking. Shuttle service and great location. Breakfast. Price. Room decor. Everything went well. Staff was excellent. easy to find. everything. We loved the continental breakfast as well as the friendly staff. The pool was great, and shuttle service to the mall was nice to have. Location was good. Reasonably close to downtown Minneapolis, Mall of America and Galleria Mall. The room was clean, bed and pillows comfortable. The beds were comfortable, roomy space. Pool area and early breakfast option. airport shuttle and free breakfast. Cleanliness inside the facilities. helpful staff. The staff was nice. The guy in the front desk gave me plenty of blankets and the shuttle driver gave me directions to the airport and he was very nice as well. The price. Staff was okay. No real bad things to say about this place. Nothing. Nothing. It was just right for my needs. Beds were a little hard. You get what you pay for. The hotel was fine, don't expect too much but for a few days just to wait your flight back to Europe is ok.. Nichts. the hotel was under construction when we were there. Trouble opening outside doors with keys. No hot tub. the continental breakfast wasn't up to par ran out of food other guests I think over took food and I think kids should have to have an adult present while getting there food. it was very disappointingmy ggrandchildren had to go without cause one guest made 14 waffles and wouldn't let my 2 kids get theres first there should be a staff person over seeing cause alot of confusion. no hot tub or sauna. Nothing. Nothing. Walls in rooms were out dated. Along with bathroom vanity. Breakfast was crowded and not stocked well. did not keep up with the breakfast. little old is some parts. The desk staff was alone and needed help. There was no comforter on the bed.. just a sheet and a blanket. Kids running in the hallway. The construction going on in the hallways was annoying. Made things dusty, dirty, and loud. Bed was not particularly comfortable. Sagged in the middle. the smell of chlorine permeated the facility from the front door to the other end of the complex. The smell cut my stay short. Hotel area (250,000) people lost power due to astorm Spent 1st night in darkness, was told not sure when power would come back on. Had to find a different hotel that cost twice as much. Was very run down, smelled like smoke and noisy. Slow draining tub. No exhaust fan in the bathroom, no soap and shampoo holder and outside facilities need to clean up and security of each customer. power failure, no lights, no a.c. parking. This hotel was not a good value. It was not clean at all. The beds came with this thin dinky blanket. I had to go down to the lobby just to get more blankets. The heater in the room did not work..and the tv had about 5 stations. This place was a dump and the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Beware. The building was in disrepair, the security lock on the entrance was broken so anyone could wander in to the hotel. And the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The overall hotel was junky and in need of a makeover. dirty. found used band aid in room when I walked in. our room had no heat front desk was unorganized. They left us wait outside for 10 minutes for a shuttle that left early. I told her to hurry up cause she was on the phone when i was trying to check out because I had to take a shuttle and she didnt tell me the shuttle had left ten minutes ago until we asked after waiting. We wont be returning to any Days Inn again and we travel alot for my sons traveling Baseball team.
