  The manager Andrew Baccam met me at the entrance and introduced himself while my family was checking in. He provided information regarding a specific restaraunt, confirmed my directions and suggested additional places to see during my vacation. A party with us had booked for the following weekend in error - desk staff immediately changed her booking - We were always greeted when we left and when we arrived back with a friendly greeting. We always saw smiles. The staff went out of their way to take care of us when we needed to change rooms. The breakfast was enough to get us through to lunch. The hotel was a very convenient location for our stay. The bed was comfortable, and the rooms were large. We would stay there again.

  A truly enjoyable experience. We arrived at 11:30am for a 3pm check-in and were able to get a room (with a river view) right away. The room was clean and so comfortable. There were plenty of towels, extra pillows and blankets right in the room. The location is perfect for an evening downtown and parking is convenient.
