The manager Andrew Baccam met me at the entrance and introduced himself while my family was checking in. He provided information regarding a specific restaraunt, confirmed my directions and suggested additional places to see during my vacation. I was there for 3 days and all staff were friendly and accomodating. I did not have a single complain

We were always greeted when we left and when we arrived back with a
friendly greeting. We always saw smiles. The staff went out of their way
to take care of us when we needed to change rooms. The breakfast was
enough to get us through to lunch. The hotel was a very convenient
location for our stay. The bed was comfortable, and the rooms were
large. We would stay there again.

A truly enjoyable experience. We arrived at 11:30am for a 3pm check-in and were able to get a room (with a river view) right away. The room was clean and so comfortable. There were plenty of towels, extra pillows and blankets right in the room. The location is perfect for an evening downtown and parking is convenient. Or never leave the hotel

Located right in the middle of downtown Grand Rapids and withing walking distance of museums, Van Andel Arena, and Devos Place to name a few...using the skywalk ajoining most of these made walking nice during the cold weather.

The staff was friendly and polite. The facility was clean with a well-maintained beach. Breakfasts were more than I expected. Pretty much continental style with a lot more choices. Kid friendly with arcade and indoor swimming pool. All around, it was a very enjoyable experience for my wife and me.

Room was clean and everything operated well. It appears the property is undergoing some updating and renovation...but it didn't interfere with our stay. Great value in an in-demand location between Novi/Northville and Farmington Hills. -

I arrived very early (0800) and was allowed access to my room, given an upgrade and invited to have breakfast! What customer service - it made a terrific difference to my day as I had a tight evening schedule. We go to The Ford and Greenfield Village several times a year. This hotel has a shuttle to both and the airport. It is clean, comfortable and the staff are always very nice and helpful. A lot of work has gone into updating it, but also keeping it's charm. -
