  There was a little mix up due to our reservartion via "letsbookhotel.com" and the desk supervisor took care of it. Bar personnel were friendly and made good drinks. Free parking was a plus. - Reception staff were extremely helpful. Arriving at 0800 after an overnight flight from Hawaii was not an issue. Room available on arrival.

  Very clean hotel just basic needs are there. They have a sign up for shuttle to get to the airport. We took the train to downtown chicago, came back and got another ride with hotel shuttle back.   This is a good location. The red line subway is just next to the main hotel entrance. The Magnificent Mile is a couple of blocks away. There are many restaurants within walking distance.
