I have zero complaints from my stay at your hotel. From the valet attendants to the fronk desk clerk to the cleaning attendants everyone was very professional and extremely pleasant. Any questions we had, the staff was very helpful in answering, whether it was a charge on our account or great recommendations for dinner. Even when we didn't seek out help, just in passings was a "good morning/evening" or making sure nothing was needed. We absolutely loved our stay at the Courtyard and the amazing.
所有评语 » We are a Family Of 4 and enjoyed the city location. We live in Pennsylvania since 6 years back, origin from Sweden and travel frequently globally. The hotel is perfect for shopping, museums and a vast variety of restaurants just around the corner! 5 min from the Magnificent Mile, 15 min to the Navy Pier and 20 min walking to Shedd Aquarium. But to the Science Museum we (adults) felt the kids-pressure and took a taxi. A 15 min drive. Don't miss a Segway tour (13 and above) and the Sky-walk-glas-. Friendly staff who helped with directions. Since my 2 kids were running on the Chicago Marathon, it was nice to be allowed have during checkout time! Very much appreciated!. Behaviour and Attitude of the staff . Esp the Housekeeping supervisor who went out of the way to assist certain specific aspects of our laundry . Location . Staff very friendly and helpful upon arrival. Let us store luggage on checkout date until it was time to catch our train. Excellent guest service, pillows were super comfy, pool and hot tub were very enjoyable, loved to hang out on the patio. Loved the staff. Very helpful and the best staff I have had in my life... The hotel wireless Internet in our Room/940 is the slowest and most unstable we have ever used. They really need to upgrade that!!! This would be a reason not to come back and not recommend friends. Sorry. Not impressed by toilet brush sitting on my toiletries case. Old foods and drink left in warm fridge from previous occupant. High price of $57/day for parking was unacceptable considering that we stayed at the Courtyard AND that there were cheaper places to park in the city had I known before hand AT HALF THE PRICE! Dinner in adjoining restaurant was expensive for the "appetizer" sizes of the entrées!. Its an old construction . Some common areas were not clean . Difficult to understand letsbookhotel.com, charge when we booked, didnt charge ugh!. Nothing. Everything was great. A little pricey. Some of the other guests are our floor were up late and a bit noisy. All was good for our requirements. The mattress on the pull out bed was awful. Not meant for adults to sleep on. I was told I could get a mattress pad but that never happened. Also, the room was charged to the wrong card.
