  There was a little mix up due to our reservartion via "letsbookhotel.com" and the desk supervisor took care of it. Bar personnel were friendly and made good drinks. Free parking was a plus. - Reception staff were extremely helpful. Arriving at 0800 after an overnight flight from Hawaii was not an issue. Room available on arrival.

  Very clean hotel just basic needs are there. They have a sign up for shuttle to get to the airport. We took the train to downtown chicago, came back and got another ride with hotel shuttle back. I was traveling with my two grand daughters and the staff went out of their way to talk to the girls and genuinely show an interest in what they had been doing and had seen in Chicago.   Great room - remodeled recently and very clean. Fantastic rate and free parking worth about $40 in Chicago and 2 free breakfasts at the restaurant worth about $15. - The entire staff was very cordial, friendly and helpful.
