  From the minute we pulled into the car port we were greeted by friendly, helpful staff that were not pushy in anyway. The hotel was nice, walking distance to Soldier Feild. Clean & modern hotel, cabs lined up outside to take you anywhere your little heart desires, friendly staff, and we booked through letsbookhotel.com and a received free parking bonus. I compared rates with another large booking company, and letsbookhotel.com was cheaper. I will definately book through them again!

  There was a little mix up due to our reservartion via "letsbookhotel.com" and the desk supervisor took care of it. Bar personnel were friendly and made good drinks. Free parking was a plus. - Reception staff were extremely helpful. Arriving at 0800 after an overnight flight from Hawaii was not an issue. Room available on arrival.

  I have zero complaints from my stay at your hotel. From the valet attendants to the fronk desk clerk to the cleaning attendants everyone was very professional and extremely pleasant.   This is a good location. The red line subway is just next to the main hotel entrance. The Magnificent Mile is a couple of blocks away. There are many restaurants within walking distance. A one page list was provided by the hotel. A business center is provided by the hotel where you can check the internet and print off information without charge.
