  I left my pillow and realized it when we were already an hour away. Its not just any pillow!!! I immediately called and was told that it was in the front desk. I set it up for FedEx to pick it up and send it to me. The hotel staff found a suitable box for it and had it ready when the FedEx driver arrived. I must also mention that the beds are super comfy! - Staff was very accommodating to special requests (fan). Clean, spacious family room. Great location with grocery store, food and shopping all within walking distance and just a short drive to the beach.

  While looking for property in the area, I stayed at the Island Hotel. What a pleasant surprise. I picked the Island Hotel for it's central location. The room rate was lower than other hotels on the island so I didnt know what to expect. I was greeted by friendly staff and the room was exceptionally clean and well decorated. Thanks for a wonderful hotel experien - All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was good - waffles, fruit, english muffins, bagels, oatmeal. pool was clean & pool area was nice and relaxing. They even had at least one grill for cooking - didn't get to use it this time. Rooms were clean and comfortable. AC worked really well. The ping pong & pool tables were a fun treat.

  So close to the ocean, heated pool, kitchen in single room was great, coffee very good, no loud people partying or children making noise was nice - Our view from the hotel was amazing. Rooms were clean, there were a few things under the bed left behind from previous travelers.
